Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. 

Sheffield Knives USA is committed to delivering your handcrafted knives safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below. 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Methods

We currently ship all orders from Charlotte, North Carolina using the following USPS services: 

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2-5 business days after shipment
  • USPS Priority: Typically 2-3 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Shipping Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Sheffield Knives USA is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. 
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office first.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages or damages that occur during transit.
