At Sheffield Knives USA, we take pride in offering authentic, handcrafted knives imported from Sheffield, England. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, slight variations in finish, texture, or appearance are considered normal and should not be regarded as defects.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Any item returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items showing signs of use, sharpening, or damage
- Items returned outside of the 14-day window
- Items lacking original packaging
Return Approval Process
All returns require approval before being sent back.
Please contact us at info@sheffieldknivesusa.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds may take several days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Incorrect items
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
Due to the limited availability and small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please follow the steps below:
- Return the original item in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Once your return has been approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
- We cannot reserve items or hold inventory while a return is in transit.
This approach allows us to maintain accurate inventory and ensure fair access to our limited-run products.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
